With a relentless focus on customer service and a strategic approach to real estate, Will Potts brings a wealth of leadership and problem-solving experience to every transaction. As a managing broker with John L. Scott Real Estate since 2015, William has successfully guided clients through buying and selling single-family homes, farms, condos, and vacant land. Leveraging his expertise in marketing and digital strategies, he generates high-quality leads and enhances property visibility through innovative video and online advertising.

Before transitioning into real estate, Will served a distinguished 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, where he held key leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and Director of Operations. His extensive experience in risk management, negotiations, and cross-functional team leadership equips him with the skills to navigate complex transactions, advocate for his clients, and deliver exceptional results.

Will is a 3rd generation Realtor®, a Georgia Tech graduate with a Master’s in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, Will is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals. When he’s not assisting buyers and sellers, he enjoys traveling, cooking, staying active, and following Formula 1 racing.
